You can assign your order to one of the suppliers when the request for quotation has ended or even before. You decide who will get the order, it does not have to be the supplier with the lowest price. To do this, go to "My control panel" and open the list called "Overview advertised parts" or "RFQ phase completed, to be ordered". You can open the list of suppliers and directly place your order. The selected supplier will receive a confirmation mail with your contact details, the other suppliers will automatically receive a cancellation.
